Safiullah Taye

Biography: Safiullah Taye is a PhD candidate at Deakin University focusing on the negotiations of foreign aid in Afghanistan between 2002 and 2018, particularly on how do Germany and Australia prioritize and negotiate their development aid in the fragile state of Afghanistan. Safi earned a bachelor degree in International Politics from Georgetown University with a Certificate in Arab and Regional Studies. He then completed an Executive Master degree in Energy and Resources in Qatar before going to Europe to join the Network on Humanitarian Action program to study another master in International Humanitarian Actions.
