Congratulations to Dr Saffiulah Taye
Dr Saffiulah Taye has successfully completed his PhD and been awarded his doctoral certificate. We are very proud of Dr Taye for this remarkable achievement. His PhD focused on the negotiations of foreign aid in Afghanistan between 2002 and 2018, particularly on how Germany and Australia prioritize and negotiate their development aid in the fragile state of Afghanistan.
