MESF is excited to be hosting Dr Kristian Coates Ulrichsen from Rice University’s Baker Institute. Dr Ulrichsen will speak at Deakin University, the Lowy Institute, DFAT and ANU. Dr Ulrichsen’s visit was made possible by the generous support of the US Consulate Melbourne.
